I have a question about Geo. Rogers Clark. He's marked as a Western leader in the game, due to his activities in KY and taking of Vincennes (the conqueror of the NW Territory!). I agree that Clark was involved in the western frontier during the Amer. Rev., but, Clark's ultimate goal was to take Ft. Detroit. I believe he's unable to attempt this in BoA, because of his classification as a Western leader. Can/should the game be patched to allow Clark to march on Ft. Detroit?? Thanks.

For the time being, he cannot because Ft Detroit is considered in Canada and not in the West. We shall correct this for next patch.

Yes, this is frustrating. I want so desperately to utilize him but there is really nothing for him to do. I have not moved him from his starting location since he appeared. Very glad to hear that he will become useful after the next patch. Problem is, I will be playing the British in my next game.

leure:
I'm currently playing the 1775 Campaign as the Americans and I can't describe the feeling I had last night when I was scrolling the Eastern Coast and suddenly spotted a French Fleet. I eagerly clicked on it and marvelled at those finely accoutered French Regiments. Oh joy, the Revolution is saved!

I tried the Detroit thing also but went for Fort Maimi instead when I couldn't move to Detroit where he was abruptly ambushed and sent back to home without any troops. Now he really doesn't have much to do.... Damn
