Though asking about this guy it really applies to all Indian leaders I suppose.

Since Indians are not subjected to CP penalties it seems to me that since Sangarethcha is a 2 CP leader that really means nothing for CP and does not affect Indians under him. True?

Can Indian leaders command French or others besides Indians?

My impression is that Indian leaders are only good for their special abilities. True?

I meant the Indian leaders give excellent combat bonus and special abilities to their own Indian units. As they have no "dual command" abilities, they will suffer if they lead units of other nationalities, making them much less efficient.
