The entire Continental army, 19 units, wintering in a small Indian village ... does the structure still manage to provide protection from harsh weather penalties for the entire force?

yes, but only if the region is 100% loyal, otherwise you get damages equals to Min(100, loyalty + 50) % of the weather damages.

Is the Indian village providing enough supply for the entire Continental army?

It should not, the supply stock will get depleted fast and after a month or so, there won't be anything left.

Unless they bring plenty of supply wagons with them.

So, assuming you have 100% loyalty, lots of supply wagons, you can put the entire Rebel army in one Indian village and avoid weather damage, except for the supply you will consume.

However, if the unit gets besieged (say an large British force with lots of Supply Wagons), you'll take lots of winter hits due to the shift in Loyalty (first exhausting your supply), then due to the siege and starvation.

It is not a safe place to be, given the right circumstances, and even if it is safely far away, it is wasteful of supplies.

They have one supply wagon, they've been there two months, and so far, for all I can say, they have not taken any weather hits. I will keep watching. Thanks for the replies. :)

Can you montor their food usage? I don't think this works as intended in friendly terrain. I bet you can keep that army in the village until spring with no supply problems, unless I am wrong.
