Training Bug

Is this a bug, or WAD?
When Continental Army units are trained up from militia, the 4th company never trains at all. The 1st three companies all move from militia to infantry to infantry (trained). And then the training stops. That 4th company does not train at all. Is this a built in weakness for Continental Regulars? Or something thats not quite working right?

not a WAD, perhaps a big stroke of bad luck. Send me your saved game and point me on the stack where there is the problem:

In 1.11 I haven't seen any training from the trainer skills, nor any from the drillmaster. So I guess I wouldn't have noticed the 4th company not being trained, none of mine are trained.

send me a save with a situation where you think there is a problem, this will speed research.

I am definitely seeing training. In fact, after reading the threads on teh
no training" bug, I went in and added the training officer trait to every single leader and raised the chances of training from 25 to 50% in the ability files. Troops definitely get trained, but that elusive 4th company never does. I've had a stack of 8 generals each with a militia (now continental regular) unit sitting in Providence for almost 8 months with no progress on that 4th company.
Pocus, I'll zip up my latest savegame and send it to you. Before I do that, I need to know if the savegame also saves the changes made to the base files? If not, I can also send my altered files.
Please advise.

I got a save from Orca, I will check the problem with that, do not worry. Thanks for the tests though, I know where to look more precisely.
