BoA Gold Version

What makes the "Gold" version of Birth of America Gold? Is it simply a CD with printed manual of the download? Or does it have additional features?

I haven't seen any GOLD version of the game so I think when you saw that BOA is GOLD, it was simply referring to the fact that the game is complete and has been sent to production. The physical shipment includes CD and printed manual and should be in transit to the purchaser around March 8. If you order the physical copy, you can download the game very soon after purchase; for me it was around fifteen minutes after I ordered. You can also order just the downloaded version that will save you shipping costs, but you get no CD or manual. The manual is pdf in the game file for the download.
