Why, when running the cursor over an army, does the tooltip say a unit's strength is say......67/60. Is it because his experience has given him a firepower bonus? The other units in that army do not have a current strength higher than the rated strength. Just curious.

The more I learn about this game, the better I like it. Keep up the good work, Pocus and Phillipe. Can't wait for AACW.

Yes indeed,
67/60 is a nicely experienced unit!

By clicking on each company of the regiment, you can see which one got some XP (stars) and notice that it enjoys an improved troop quality.

Example:
Normal Troop quality for Highlanders is 10 (elite).
