Questions concerning gameplay

Hi there,
I bought the game a few days ago and so far it looks pretty interesting - however I have a hard time understanding a number of game-mechanics - It reminds me a bit of trying to understand Paradox Victoria game, which was quiet difficult partly because of the lack of documentation.
1. How does the besieger get supplied during a siege ? Does the supply-chips in a besieged region go to the besieger or to the besieged ?
2. Zone of Control - an undocumented feature ?
3. What's the point in having both supply-chips and supply points ?
4. How can I see whether a supply is with or without ammo.
5. Troop-contingency - where are the numbers for this for the different terrain-types?
6. Supply and attrition - Is it correctly understood, that attrition only occurs when the supply is depleted ? No matter what kind of terrain the troops are in?
7. Is it indicated somewhere in the interface, when troops loose hitpoints due to attrition? Would give the player a w
arning.
8. It would be nice to be able to bookmark (ctr + f1 etc. ) areas of the map like in many other strategy-titles
9. Would be nice if it was possible to follow the moves of the enemy like in the TW-series (a feature that can be turned off) - gives you a picture of what he is up to.
Thats all so far...
