Never Ending Game

Dear Sir:
I just got through playing the 1775-1783 Campaign game and I have a question.

When the defeat screen (I lost through points), came up in January 1784, I was thinking that the game was complete, but I noticed that the game did not take me back to the main menu. As a result, I continued pressing the "next turn" button and the game kept playing. I stopped after the February 1784 turn, but just out of curiosity, how long or how many more turns would the game have keep playing if I had not stopped ???

You can keep playing indefinately, if you are so inclined....

the scripted reinforcements stop at the historical date though, but militias levying and replacements can continue up to 2150...

Would it be possible at end game to have either:
- option of continuing, or
- ending the game and being able to look at all the other sides forces?

I find it always good to look over the enemies troops and see how I went.

As Yankee said "You can keep playing indefinately, if you are so inclined...."
You can also look at the opposition at any time.

I knew that you could play indefinitely just thought it would be better to have both options rather that just the one.
By looking at the other sides forces at end I meant a detailed look by being able to access their armies and look at the units individually as you can do with your own.

You can switch sides at any point to see the opposition. Just hit load game then the IA button (Should this be AI?)

Cheers, Chris
