Combining units

Can I combine two special units, for example two Highlander units. It didn't seem to let me.

And I seem to remember reading that at some point in the updates, we will be able to combine wounded supply wagons....is this possible yet?

I admit that I have never been able to combine two units, but I always try on special units....the normal ones, I can eventually rotate out to be brought back to strength. I guess I will try to try with a couple normal units, just to verify the combining mechanism.

Thanks for any thoughts

It is possible, but it does not work with units that are lacking strength point, but for those missing entire companies (i.e. Sub-units). Select one and control-c click on the other . Hope this helps answer your question.

yes, the sum of the sub-elements (the companies/wagons/batteries/whatever that you see in the bottom right panel) must not exceed 4.

The correct manipulation is to select the units you want to combine, then Ctrl-C them. See the Living rules thread for a complete list of shortcuts.
