Disbanding of militia?

Pocus or PhilTb,
In the 1775 GC, the Continental Militia often disband in December. On which day of the month does this actually occur: first or last? This is of particular interest, when you are planning a battle which will take place in December. Will there be anyone left in an army stack to actually fight?
Thanks.

Markshot,
The log for December will tell you when in the month things happen. In the case of Continentals and militia disbandments, it is at the end of the month.
