leaders need to be added/modified: Arnold/Arbuthnot

Hello,
First of all, let me say thank you for an outstanding game. I have two suggestions for the next patch that may make the game a bit more historically accurate:
First, Benedict Arnold entered the British Army in 1780 as a Brigadier-General in their ranks, not a Colonel. However, if his status as Colonel is meant to reflect the lack of trust he was given (and thus reduces his seniority in command) then nevermind.
Second, British admiral Marriott Arbuthnot should be added. He was an extremely inept and incompetent admiral, but he WAS the naval commander in America from 78 or 79 to early 81.
Thanks again
