My key found is located in the box above the CD sticked onto the box.
When i install the game, it asks for my serial key i put it in and a message saying not enough numbers and include hyphens, there are no hyphens and im putting in the right key why wont it work?

Sorry to hear you're having problems.
Are you sure you are using the right number? Mine has a total of 6 groups of 5-7 characters, separated by hyphens. Not sure if this is a standard format, though.
