End of game : July 1862.
Other informations : CSA take Washington with a "Death Star", a strong army leaded by Jackson. No army corps in Washington, big mistake.

Good idea Boudi. It would be nice to see some tens of PBEM results at least
to get an idea for balance.

Other information : CSA hang on to Richmond although supply was critical.
Close VP Victory. No unofficial mods in use.
