I am trying to mod the travel time for an ocean region. It appears that if you use a “JumpLink” then the travel times are greater than if it is only defined as adjacent. However, I have been unable to determine the exact nature of how to specify the travel time.
Region 02925 (South Pacific) has this line: JumpLink2 = 2923|27
This code segment means there is a connection between the South Pacific (2925) region and the South Atlantic (2923) region. Further, because it is a JumpLink the time to enter the region is greater than the time to enter a region defined as adjacent. Tests reveal a light cruiser will take 6 days.
I am trying to increase the travel times. I have been unable to determine the significance of the number 27. Numbers in that position do not seem to have a direct relationship with travel times.
Anyone have any ideas?
