Coordinating Movements?

How does one coordinate movements between corps? I click the coordinate button on the army and corresponding corps, but I don't know how to move them together... unless combining them, which ruins the command efficiency.

I believe they all must be in the same region, with the same movement destination, for coordination to work. Not certain, though
