The engine could use some optimization for large scale conflicts first. TEAW really bogs down with the map and those tons of units. Also, the PON economics need to be streamlined so the player can focus on diplomacy and military instead of constant micromanagement of farms and factories. If they could do that, then a PON 2 could be quite something.
I'm also a big supporter of a Feudal Japan game. Smaller scale map and logistics base, tons of generals and event options available. The whole period would work really well for an Ageod game.
I keep hoping for bribe general/defection options to appear in an Ageod game. Being able to sway enemy generals over to your side with a sacrifice of NM or money could really spice up the games.
