Where to see how much a Recruiter General adds in Conscripts

There is probably an easy answer to this, but where can I see how much a recruiter general (Banks for example) adds to recruits in a particular city?

Check the ledger for that region the turn before you put the general in the structure and then check it again the turn after. The number of conscripts produced should have increased.
