Bravo, Leibstandarte! This game is a delightful surprise, and I will happily buy it as soon as it is available. The AGE engine will be great in such a game. My deepest thanks for your hard work.

I've been following your progress since the beginning, looks and sounds awesome ! Congrats Leibstandarte.

The graphics also are great, I hate the new style of AJE and CW II, so the old school RUS style is perfect for me. I'll buy it as soon as it comes out.

I also dislike the new style. I'm glad this one is based on the traditional look.

We now have the second universal civil war of the XXth century as an AGE game. Great, great, great.

Even better would be the English Civil War. (Also see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIh7UPvHxAk  )

A mi me gustaría otra guerra civil. Tirando del WIA II seguro que era fácil hacer un juego de las rebelión de los Jacobitas.

Pues hablando de guerras civiles hay un monton :

1. En Japon medieval.
2. En Inglaterra : las Rosas, Cromwell
3. En Alemania la guerre de trenta "anitos"
4. En Italia, edad media entre ciudades/estados.

y sin hablar de China....

why not the independence wars of the Spanish colonial empire?

or the African independence wars?

and last the Chinese civil war in the early 20th century.

I've been thinking about the Latin American independence wars. I started looking at a map but South America + Mexico + the Caribbean is a big big area at the scale of the AGEOD maps. Maybe Mexico alone? They have lots of wars - 1810-1821, 1846-1848, 1857-1861, 1862-1867, and 1910-1920.

Of, if you did the Latin American Wars, you would have to include it all and the possibility of Simon Bolivar creating the United States of South America.

Mexican war and the American invasion, for sure - i'd do all of Latin America, top to bottom. but you can also get the uncivilest of all civil wars: the Taiping Rebellion! playing it as China in PON is a real challenge - as in a challenge to retain one's sanity! but a full-on Bolivarian Republic over all of SA, that'd be awesome!

i'd even like to see someone keep the old Central American republic together! or Gran Colombia, or an alt-history retaking of same? maybe Portugal reclaims Brazil for the Empire? the British invasion of the Rio de la Plata? the war of the Pacific? actually, does the 1852 Federation of Central America make an appearance in PON? is it possible to be some Central American entity?

Taiping rebellion is the boxer rebellion ? or it is the chinese revolution in 1915 ? Chinese history isn't my speciality :w00t:

For South america the problem will be : "logiistic" with a huge map with a lot of jungle and mountain no ?

People, we are digressing; this thread and forum is devoted to Espana; there's a whole other thread in "General Discussions" devoted to what one would like to see of future AGEOD games :)

I just found out about this - very excited to see a SCW title! Can't wait to see all the Int'l Brigades and how aircraft factor into the equation.

Does it make any difference for AGEOD whether I order the game on the Ageod site or on the Matrix site?

If so, I will order on the AGEOD site, but if not I will consolidate my purchases at one place, now that the history at the old AGEOD site has gone.
