Just a little question. When you choose Swedish major reinforcement to Pommerania in the ledger, the swedish army come without any General ***, and its penalty command is 35%.

A little bit hard, because you spend 20 engagement points for this army !

I think that with this option we need a General *** with this army, no ? Balanced, unbalanced ?

You can send one from Austria/France or wait for the Russians.

Yes, i did it before this swedish army comes, with a HRE general ***. I was unlucky, because few turns next, the main HRE general *** was decommissioned, and the general that i sent to Pomerania became the new HRE HQ's army. So the "Reich army" (the HRE army) was in Pomerania, i had to sent it at Fulda quickly.
