Downloading RUS A Second Time

Sat Jul 09, 2011 6:19 am

Hello! I bought and downloaded RUS about half a year ago, however I recently had a virus removed from my computer which required the computer to be completely wiped of all information. The problem is, I can't figure out how to get RUS back on my computer without purchasing it again! Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Where did you purchase it from? If on gamersgate then you can log in and re-download. If from Ageod, then maybe you may need your invoice details and ask one of the forum mods?

Unfortunately I did not buy it on Gamersgate. I got it off the AGEOD website so there's no account based download feature that I can find.

How exactly do I contact a moderator?

Best is to send me a PM here or an email at pthibaut@ageod.net explaining the issue ;)

There is always a extended download option available at purchase of any AGEOD game in their webshop...

Always backup your download to CD or DVD along with a text file including the serial.

There's even some free programs on the net to make a menu on the CD/DVD. That way you can have multiple AGEOD titles on a single disk and install with a click of the mouse.

If only I'd had more foresight...

Anyway, thanks everyone, I emailed Mr. Thibaut about it.

Aegod is great about working with you to get you your game back. Pocus even offered to let me download a game that I had a serial number for but bought from another website!!

That is customer service. It has made me think about getting another game from right here, not sure which, though RUS or Napoleon battles.

If you are interested in the Russian Civil War, get RUS.

It is still supported, you also have Clovis mod and has more options NCP hasn't, like the full campaign and production.
