I am besieging quebec, and have killed all defenders. It shows the battle needle every day of the turn, but no results. It won't let me capture the city. I also received the message that ‘One of our comanders, John Pridaux was killed at Quebec.’ I’m playing the British and that is a French commmander. I’m using 1.10e.
Saves were sent to support.
Thanks,
Sage

But I am getting a lot of battle reports that don't accurately reflect the outcome -- a "Draw" or even "Defeat" when I destroyed the enemy army with little or no loss to myself. In fact, that happens more often than not. (New AWI Campaign started with 1.10e - 1775 alt.)

Primasprit wrote:Sorry if this sounds stupid now: But you are sure that you close the previous report before attempting to open the next one? If not the screen will only center on the new battle location but not open the new report.

Pocus wrote:BoA 1.10f is out, same link as before (1.10 serie). If fixes the wrong battle label (too many draws) and 2 additional (but rare) bugs. The retreat region is now more randomised (biased toward high military control though).

I have checked a small scenario, Cornwallis one, and there the mouse only lags in the force list, but not in the objetives page).

I have tried changing to hardware pointer in AGEstings and this seems to solve the problem.
But before i could use the software pointer without any problem.
I dunno... its there something in the last patches that mess with this things???![]()
Maybe its because i installed new ATi drivers recently?? it´s the only change i have made i'm my PC lately...![]()
Pocus wrote:well I got the same problem. I had a NVidia 5700 which was humming at 60 FPS for BOA, and now with my 7600 I'm down to 40. Strange things... I suspect that the new cards are mostly optimized for advanced rendering effects and that's it.
