Unit rename bug

I have seen on my desktop system(Vista Ultimate 64) and on my laptop (Vista Home Prem 32) that while playing the game and switching screens to another program/application, when I return to the game and I click on a units tab a "rename unit panel" appears and stays until I close the program and reload.

Any suggestions?

I try to reproduce the issue you report. but I do not see any problem.
Can you explain what are the exact operations to reproduce it ?
