How to keep the game running when on standby/hibernate

Sun Sep 07, 2008 1:45 am

So here's an annoying little problem:

When I have to quit playing AACW for more than a few minutes and want to put my computer in standby mode or hibernate it, there appears to be no way to keep the game in memory. Whenever I turn the computer back on and attempt to return to the game, it fails to reload the graphics and the screen remains black. Is there an easy seeting somewhere that I can change to make this possible?

As I said, it's a minor problem, but it would be great not to have to reload it so often!

for an easy way, you can augment your hibernate time.... Sorry about that but many games don't support standby mode (because of DirectX).
