In the Virginia theatre forces move to join McDowell's NVA at Alexandria.
In the West the confederates seige Bowling Green with a lone Sharpshooter while McClellan continues to concentrate forces at Cinncinnati at Evansville.
In the far West forces are funneled to St. Louis and the capital Jefferson city.
Dixie-Land General Sibley appears to be raiding Kansas.

The situation in the Virginia theatre. General Milyor requests reinforcements as he makes his advance towards Richmond. With McDowell's wonderful strategy bonuses he should make it there by next month.

Amazingly, Milroy is active an gives the orders for an all-out assualt on the Richmond defenses. Dixie-Landman JJ is nowhere to be found. Where could more important to defend than the rebel seat of gov't?
Western theatre. Things are looking calm except for a Dixie-Landman force in WV making for the OH river! Oh wait, who is it? It's JJ on a raid while Richmond is threatened from the north!
Unforunately, yet again I've been transferred to another city (and hence another computer) and will not be able to totally finish this AAR. I will post the results below, however. I failed my personal challenge as USA leure:
