System Requirements

Tue Mar 07, 2006 5:16 am

I looked on the web site and searched the forums, but I didn't see the system requirements for the game. Could someone post them?

I'm interested in purchasing the game, but my machine is getting on in years and I want to be sure I can run it.

Thanks.

Does windows ME operating system work? I didn't see it listed.
Will my Athlon 900 MHz be able to handle this, I have 512 RAM, 128 MB graphics card, just worried if ME is compatible.

Windows ME is not officially supported, one of our beta had a W98 and it worked though. Wait for the demo which is due within some days to check if your PC can handle BoA, to be on the safe side.

Just wanted to say that I have been able to play the game on my laptop which only has a 32 MB graphics card...although it has been a bit slow, it is still very easy to play.

Of course, the 1 GB RAM that I have might help also. ;)

just a little :niark: . BoA dont use sophisticated rendering algorithms, but the map itself is rather heavy, memory wise. Thats the price to pay to get something which is pleasant to look at.

Sorry for bringing up old issues, but I have a question about system requirements.

I downloaded the demo and it worked acceptable for me with just 32 MB vRAM. Any idea if the full game will work the same way - as I said, it was acceptable for me - or does it have higher requirements because of bigger campain, map, etc. etc. etc.

I'm asking, because I don't have 1 GB RAM like the guy above but only 512.

Thanks!

As far as I know is the full version not more demanding than the demo, since the demo version contains also the full map.
Another 512 MB of RAM would boost the performance of course. :)

depends, the 1.08 demo (with the one year campaign) is a good milleage and the full game won't be more demanding, but the previous 1.04 version had less map.
