Graphical problems

Hi,

I have just bought the game (download).

When I start the game...everything seems allright.
But, as soon as i hit next turn...the games graphics get screwed up.

I see patches with brown, bleu or white... leader portraits are disappearing, i see graphics appearing at places where they shouldn't be appearing.

I have a nividia geforce 4 MX 440-SE card with the following drivers:
93.71_forceware_winxp2k_english_whql.exe

I had the same problems with the demo...but took the chance of buying the game. Can you help me out??
