Sadly, the lead developper is in vacation for a week.

Have you activated DirectX under your 2003 server ?

Please send your DxDiag and all logs files to support@ageod.com
We'll have our lead take a look upon his return.
Thanks

Hi,

I have returned from vacation, so if you want to send your dxdiag to support@ageod.com ...

We do not support officially windows 2003 though, because this kind of problem, but we will look for any possible solution anyway.
