Problems with PBEM game

I have this problem: when i recieve trn file from my opponent i can´t load the game from load game screen. The game doesn't appear in the screen. The backups works, and the normal trn files sometimes works ,sometimes not.
Trn files are sent in a zip file

click on the AI button, does your file show? If yes then it means that your order file has not been processed and the AI took your sit...

if your file still don't show, send it to me.
