Best of the Best please apply? I've never lost a game as the Union, just kind of boring. I have won a few as the CSA or made it late in the game. i.e. Late Winter 1863

Rules are negotiable to some degree, you tell me your rule desires I will respond in and we can negotiate. If we want house rules we can also negotiate. Prefer a duel host.

i.e. No Grant at *** till 1863... for your entertainment or All East First Strategy by either side balancing the two fronts...

Hmm he seems busy. Only fellow free I've beaten twice so far in a row. Needs a little more practice.
