I know it's cutting me own throat, but I shall say that a win is a win, regardless if achieved on the court or by the opponent throwing the towel or not showing off at all.

Kidding, aside, there should be a rule that anyone who has not started his game in the next few days is out of the tournament. If replacements can be found, good, if not, just consider his matches lost.

Good enough for me. But what about the game those players are supposed to host?

Ok Folks, all games should now be starting. I'm trying to get a full picture of how things stand. So please respond to this message (quote the message) by listing your games and if they have started or not. I will be updating the top of the thread. I just need to know where we stand.

Example:
Jim-NC (USA)-- Pgr (CSA) Host: Ace (Started)
Pgr(USA)-- Lindi (CSA) Host: Grey Fox (Not Started)
Citizen X (USA)-- Ace (CSA) Host: Pgr (Started)

Any games not started by March 30 will be canceled, with non-responsive players being dropped from the tournament. (I'm giving us all a week more for real life issues... and to let me sort out how to deal with canceled matches!)

Once I get a better sense of who is actually playing at this point, I'll be able to shuffle the deck around as needed to create matches for people who's opponents didn't show.

Thank you for the replies. As you can see the big board is almost fully updated. Give it a look and let me know if there are any errors. (I finally spelled it right GRAY fox!)

There is a player change. Dobbans1 has been bumped to the alternate list, because no one can seem to contact him. He is being replaced by Illustrated_Man. I'll send PMs to all involved.

(I'm still looking for alternates, so go out and sign people up!)

The format of the tournament allows anyone new to CW2 a chance to learn the system while engaging with another human in PBEM - the first two games truly are just practice!
