I'm wondering if Smith is getting under-rated just a little bit. He scored the most "complete" Confederate victory of the whole war in Richmond, Kentucky in 1862. In 1863 he had some problems dealing with Grant, but Smith was short on troops and had an enormous amount of territory to defend. In 1864, Smith and Richard Taylor were able to achieve some success in the deep south.
My suggestion (just a little bump up in the stats):
CSA Edmund K. Smith ldr_CSA_EKSmith3 NULL NULL NULL NULL 11 10 3 7 General 1 NULL 5 2 2
CSA Edmund K. Smith ldr_CSA_EKSmith2 NULL NULL NULL NULL 6 5 2 3 General 1 NULL 5 2 2
CSA Edmund K. Smith ldr_CSA_EKSmith NULL NULL NULL NULL 1 1 1 10 General 1 NULL 5 2 2
I'd be very interested to hear what other people have to say, and what special "traits" might apply.
