Wade Hampton

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wade_Hampton_III

CSA Wade Hampton ldr_CSA_Hampton2 $Cavalryman NULL NULL NULL 14 15 2 16 General 1 NULL 6 4 1
CSA Wade Hampton ldr_CSA_Hampton $Cavalryman NULL NULL NULL 8 8 1 35 General 1 NULL 6 4 1

Considering the stats that J.E.B. Stuart was locked down at, Hampton probably needs to be dropped a bit in the "Strategic" and "Offensive" areas.

154 CSA James E.B. Stuart ldr_CSA_Stuart2 $Cavalryman $VeryFast_Cavalry $Skirmisher NULL 8 5 2 11 General 1 NULL 5 3 2
195 CSA James E.B. Stuart ldr_CSA_Stuart $Cavalryman $VeryFast_Cavalry $Adept_Raider NULL 3 3 1 22 General 1 NULL 5 3 2

Hampton was a very good commander, and did not lose a cavalry engagement from June of 1864 until the end of the war (see wikipedia entry). However, IMHO we can't put him quite in the same league as Stuart.
I don't think he had a many opportunities to conduct raids as some of the other cavalry commanders in the war, but he appears to have been successful when he did (see "beefsteak" raid in wikipedia). Consequently, he might deserve the "Adept_Raider" trait, at least at division level

My suggestion:

CSA Wade Hampton ldr_CSA_Hampton2 $Cavalryman NULL NULL NULL 14 15 2 16 General 1 NULL 5 2 2
CSA Wade Hampton ldr_CSA_Hampton $Cavalryman $Adept_Raider NULL NULL 8 8 1 35 General 1 NULL 5 2 2
