Is Foreign Intervention implemented at all?

Sun Jul 29, 2007 3:09 pm

In my latest test campaign (1.06) with the Federals I was hit by 2 really bad events:

1. Kentucky seceded and

2. Trent situation escalated.

After reading all the messages I looked through the objective page and the foreign intervention rate wasn't changed even after the escalation messages said something about 35 intervention points towards the CSA.

When I proceeded to the next turn I had CTD (the 1st one...ever...with this game).

After relaunching the game I received another Trent message...Union apologises...and things were back to normal.

Weird :tournepas

So, I'm wondering if Foreign Intervention is working or does it even exist?

Does anyone have any experiences with these things?

Yes - foreign intervention exists. It is very rare. See thread here.

I've never had the "Trent situation escalated" event.

I have had the "Trent Situation Escalates" event and I too had no change in the intervention points. Could there be a problem with this event?

Ah,ok. Then the problem is with the Trent escalation message.
