Mar 1862, no Divisions allowed yet

Uh...when is the Union allowed to form Divisions? I can form Corps, but with organized Divisions.

It's all one stars. None of them can form divisions. I did modify the Events file for the 1861 scenario to allow more than 60 divisions using the instructions I found here on the forums. Maybe I did that wrong. I also modded the number of HQs allowed at the start, and increased the number of units available at the start in PA and IA.

I can't help you if you modified the original files. All I can tell you is the original game files as installed enable divisions to be formed starting 1861/10/01 and that is with any general regardless of how many stars.

Also, if you are modding the game files, it's best to post those types of questions in the AACW Mods subforum so that you don't get confusing answers regarding how the "official" game is supposed to work. I deliberately refrain from answering Modding "How-to" questions in the main forum.

I'm hip to that. And your responses tell me it's my fault, which is true.
