Looking for early feedback on upcoming AGEOD game

Hi Everyone,

As all the regulars here know, AGEOD have been working on a new game using a new engine.

Although we are not just yet at the point where we can officially reveal the game and start an extended beta testing process, we could already use a few testers to assist us with feedback.

We believe the new game is an important step for AGEOD: keeping the historical gameplay (not to mention WEGO operational warfare), and extending it's ambitions as well as playability. In other words, utilising the new engine and extra resources while staying true to what makes AGEOD unique. And who better to confirm and ensure this the than people on this forum?

If you are interested in joining the testing team, please follow this link to sign up:
http://www.ageod.com/beta/cnda.asp?gid=682

A few things to note regarding the pre-beta test:
1. We are really looking for just a handful of people, no more than half a dozen. So if you do not get selected, do not despair: fairly soon there will be a Beta Test when we will add a lot more people.
2. This is, naturally, a private pre-beta. By signing up you will be agreeing to a Non-Disclosure Agreement and will not be able to disclose details about the game to the public including the community here.
3. We are taking signups now, but actual selection of testers and start of testing will commence next week.

Other than that, we are looking for people who can commit some of their free time to playing the new game and offering feedback, as well as reporting issues. And hopefully having fun while doing it. :)

Thank you for your interest!

Thanks to all who have applied. We have now added the small number of people we had in mind for this phase, but others might be added, so stay tuned. :)

We are also getting very close to finally being able to talk about the game itself. :dada:

You may try one of the demos that were released in its day, like for AJE, if you are interested in roman warfare and history.

The first Ageod game also had one, Birth of America.

And the first ACW game.

And the first RUS.

, they don't seem to offer anything else apart from warfare.

At least, RUS, moreover Rus-Gold, has many political choices (which too are very often grand-strategical ones),
mainly for the Red player (as Whites didn't want to bother with).
