Touch screen controls?

Simply are the AGEOD games compatible with something like a Surface Pro? Of course the system meets minimum requirements for the game to run, but as far as touch screen controls, using a stylus, I think that would be a great fit. Also I know some games are made with the intention of utilizing touch screen controls and other games work with touchscreen but may be not 100%. Because the AGEOD games would be a great gift for my brother, but he only has a surface pro.
