I also have Takeda 3, Sango 2 and S&H2 by Magitech.

I really recommend Takeda 3...great game with a challenging AI (both on the strategy map and in the battles). There's an easy ingame help to understand every Screen and find it hard to understand how any wargamer can find it difficult to understand...1 hour is more than enough to understand how the game works imho. Could the interface be better? probably but i don't have any problems with it.

It's available on GamersGate right?

The S&H2 game didn't looked bad on GamersGate... I almost bought it... :D

Yes it is on gamersgate. Actually, it's cheaper from Magitech (29.95$) itself and you have a physical copy. It just takes more time to come to you (per mail).

That's not a viable option for me sadly... :(
One of the problems of living on the other half of the world...

I really think the S&H2 looks a bit better... which one would you recommend me? (I think you are experienced on both :D )

The mail price is included and they do send worldwide ;) . On the other hand, you don't get a physical manual either.

It really depends on what you prefer.

S&H2 is the last game they have released (from a technical point of view, they are on the same level now) and has the largest map of the 3 games (Sango 2, Takeda 3 and S&H2). Choosing one is very difficult...i am very happy to own the 3. S&H 2 is maybe the most complex one.
Choose the setting you prefer...if you like the game you'll maybe want to try the others. I've written the reviews for the 3 games on Wargamer (plenty of information there...).

Cheers
