How do you disband a building?

I should have been able to find the answer in the manual, and I tried, but I did not find it. The manual had a section on disbanding buildings, but no instructions that I could find on how to actually do it.

In my Judea game, I need to disband the kings palace I have outside of Judea, so the capital will move to Judea.
I thought I could do it with a right click on the building in the regional display, but all I got was a detailed description of the building.

What controls do you use to disband a building?

Leftclick on a building. If it can be disassembled you will find a button on the left side, below the icon.
