Planned Release Date: 11 July
This game plans to unlock in approximately 11 hours

It's now 20.25 GMT so do the math ;-)

And now it says "This game plans to unlock in approximately 8 hours", and we still have no idea of the price...

Release hour will be around 3 pm UK time (BST).

Price will probably be around the price of Wars of Napoleon. I have no hard info though.
