Observations from my first game

Hi

I encountered these two bugs through my first play through in PBEM, and would like to know if others have experienced the same?

1: I have never been able to use the Storm card, even with the conditions met. Has anyone been able to use this yet?

2: Captured war supplies trough battles are not added to my pool.
