I was wondering how to exactly trigger the reform events. Are there any flags for locations or numbers that have to be involved?

When I look at the events in the folder i often see "REB" and "CNM" flags for the event but none that actually use the ASW tag.

Has anyone actually managed to trigger the event at all?
