Is the steam version updated to 1.01?

I bought the game on steam and don't know if it's 1.01.
In the patch note it says the Alliance with Savoy of GAL is fixed.
However after the event no Savoy territory is annexed by GAL and I only get a Savoy army sieging Turin locked for 7 turns in winter without supply. That's just sad.

BTW Why I can't go through north path of Savoy into France but Boubon can go through there to attack me?
Is this WAD? I can only go through Nice and that's a lot longer to get to Paris.

Bourbons/Savoy relationship level allows Bourbons troops to trough there to attack you.

Thank you Bohemond for your kind reply.

I understand why Bourbons can go through the mountains of northwest Savoy. My concern is why after the event "Alliance with Savoy" of the GAL, GAL troops are not allowed to cross that area?
Is this because of historical reasons?
Actually as Savoy is actively be on one side of the war, I can't understand why GAL can't enter part of Savoy's territory.
It's not game breaking but just doesn't make sense.
