Not precisely an expert, but reading a bit I think it is wrong.


Just the name is wrong. It was called Flota de Indias, not Flota de Oro.

There were two in fact:

Flota de Nueva España: Spain, Canarias, Santo Domingo, Veracruz (Mexico).

Flota de Tierra Firme: Spain, Canarias, Cartagena de Indias (Today in Colombia) and Portobelo (Panama).

Then both to La Habana, Azores and Spain.

The common travel could be joined or not.


However in the game I have seen it in Rio de La Plata Estuary (Buenos Aires)?

Once a year, and not all the years, in the game (not sure of this), is it monthly?

What is right is the arrival to Cadiz instead of Sevilla (changed before 1700).


Now the problem is that we have not the historical arrival sites in the map.

Besides there was the Galeón de Manila, fortunately Manila is in the map, but not Acapulco (Mexico).

Ingame the fleet path is

March : Rio de la Plata Estuary
April : Coast of Brazil
May/February : CARIBBEAN SEA
June/January : Haitian Sea
July/December : Middle Atlantic
August/November : Cap Trafalgar
September/October : Cadiz

One year round trip, so seem ok

As for the name, it can be changed ingame and it will fix in next mod version

For Galeon de Manillas, it was added as structure (state treasury) in Manilla , kind of workaround

I have only ever played against the AI and they do attack the treasure fleet from time to time, but never very effectively. I usually send Du Casse with some ships to join it as an escort. Château-Renault is too valuable as a fleet commander to risk in a repeat of Vigo!

Nice, because historically was captured only three times in more than 250 years (1628, 1656 and 1657).

The forth "event" was during the WSS in Vigo (Rande) in 1702, the fleet was completely captured or destroyed, but without treasures, already disembarked!

Sorry, another one and famous, the San José in 1708.

Regarding the names of the Spanish Armies.

Ejército do Sul is wrong, "do Sul" is portuguese, in spanish should be "del Sur".

There are too many armies in Flandes. At least 3 should be only detachments (Lieja, Brujas and Namur).

Bedmar was de "Gobernador General", so I guess he should be commanding the "Ejército de Flandes" or perhaps "Ejército de los Países Bajos".

Tilly no idea what should be commanding.


In Italy, Sicilia and Taranto look like detachments. Napoli, better "Ejército de Nápoles" in spanish?

We will fix what we can but stack name are often changed as soon as player or AI proceed to reorganization and generic names are then given. And as mentioned before player can modify the stack name at his convenience ingame,

Let's say it is not in the top priority for now.
We are working on Honnor of War in order to make them work properly and that besieged faction can offer them too.

This would be a huge gameplay improvement. In my last playthrough, I found that the AI would usually accept Honours of War when I offered them and that my own besieged units would accept Honours of War and surrender major forts without my input.

Interesting mod with a host of necessary fixes. Thanks for making this.

The storms are incredibly punishing though. It's early 1702 in my current test run and the entire Spanish treasure fleet just disappeared in a storm. Does that mean I won't have a treasure fleet for the rest of the game?

As a workaround, a Galleon unit was added to the ForcePool and buildable in Cadiz.

Hey, to the developers, thanks a lot for sharing this Mod with us! But please fix the weather a bit because my treasure fleet is just getting disappear in the storm.clash of clans mod apk  ​​ :(

Thank you for the tip and the quick response. To follow up: I built the new Galleon and assembled a new fleet to protect it. How do I go about getting this fleet to work as the destroyed treasure fleet did?

One of the Galleon Unit needs to have a specific name (Fleet treasure event design limitation)
I will post the fix tonight done by Delcastel.

You have to leave it in Cadiz. In November, it will move to Cap Trafalgar and follow the scripted route.

Unzip in a temporary location,

The mdl file goes into WSS/GameData/models. One file will be overwritten. Delete the .cached files.
The uni file goes into WSS/GameData/Units. One file will be overwritten. Delete the .cached files.

You will need to destroy the Galleon Unit and build a new one in Cadiz.
