I guess it means they have succesfully used one of the diplomatic regional decisiones on Saxony, making it more pro protestant.
Never noticed it was phrased el weirdly :bonk:

Leibst, the developer, is Spanish (as myself).
In Spanish "success" is translated as "éxito".

So I bet he just had a little lapsus and wrote "exit" instead of success in that line and nobody noticed until now ;)
