Clarification about stockpiled supply

Hi,
just installed the game and running through the tutorials and skimming the manual in the meantime.

During the first tutorial the game is introducing the map and it's saying that above the mini map there are two icons to show the stockpiled supply (general and ammunition respectively); though passing over the mouse on the map I can see those values are zero every where.

Is that something I'm not understanding? Or is this part of the game not working or implemented?

Its a mistake in the manual, sorry for that.

That icons are useless in TYW. But they are present as they are useful for modding, as it is easy to change the way supplies work in TYW and tweak that icons in useful.
