Diplomacy duchy of Warsaw and Westphalia

Playing 1.02 beta as France starting in January campaign. I made peace with Prussia in 1805 not using the tilst event. In the peace I created Warsaw and Westphalia. In diplomacy Warsaw and Westphalia have a score of 50 to me and I am unable to improve the score through diplomatic means. Shouldn't their base score be higher since I freed their nations? I would guess it would be higher if I used the treaty of tilst event

In the next patch liberated nations will be part of your alliance. But I would like to check your saved game, why you can't discuss with them is weird. Are they reported as being a satellite of someone?

It should not be allowed to liberate nations like Grand Duchy of warsaw, Westphalia or Rhine confederation, they should appear only via options...that would save dozens of weird issues

Pocus how do I post saved games in here. Sorry I'm not very techie

Check your options window in the game menu, it will show you were your saved games are located. Go there with Windows explorer and make a zip of your current game. Post it here by replying with the 'go advanced' button, there is a button for attachment. Or go to wetransfer.com and upload the zip you made.

No worry; There will be changes. First a liberated nation will enter your alliance. Also, we will see how to prevent some nations to be liberated by another mean than the special event.
