I noticed on the French objectives that Wien, Hannover, Strasburg and venezie are shown with the French emblem.

FAQ-type question: Is the On/Off button for objectives intended to indicate that the player's objectives are ON if ON is visible at the moment if OFF then the other side's are showing?
