Replacement Screen 1.03 beta

Hi,

I'm playing as the French, it's Dec 1814. On the F2 Replacement screen, I am not able to scroll up or down through the various nations' replacement chits. It seems random which nations appear in my list. Obviously, France is always at the top, but each turn it changes which 4 nations are shown, and the scroll up or down doesn't work. Thanks in advance.

Thought I'd give this a bump, just in case it got missed. I'm still unable to scroll up or down.
