I install the patch and begin a new campaign but still crashing...

Ok I send a mail to them. I hope they help me 'cause it's not the first time I experience game crashes, it was the same with Civil War 1 & 2 and To End All Wars...

I have had the same issues. It has the potential to be a great game but I suspect the release was a little premature. My campaign crashed and the game in unrecoverable after 20 turns (every time I try a campaign). The critical errors don't appear to be specific to my machine or drivers. Any feedback is appreciated.

Yeah it's very sad. I love Ageod games, but this kind of crash is frustrating... (IG I play UK and make peace with Spain gaining Cadiz as reward )

Here the answer of Slitherine Tech Support if it may help others because since I don't have crashes (and i hope never again)

"Can you please find the folder where the game is installed then find a file called Userpath.ini within that folder and delete it. Then run the game and see if the issue persists. If it does not, then the location of the save games will change from the "My Games" folder in "Documents" to the game install folder so you will need to then copy them across."
