Military Reforms-Trained Sharpshooters

Playing as France in the August 1805 Campaign. I've spent 50 EP to get Trained Sharpshooters, but I don't see where the units may be purchased. I can't find them in the units to build section. Does anyone know where these units appear?

According to game files, Trained Sharpshooters Military Reform as no related actions.
It is a flavor only Faction Modifier.

I maybe wrong but I did look at game folder and that what I did find.

Indeed. There are no French military units in vanilla that use the sharpshooter ability, though there is a sharpshooter model which can be used with a little modding....
